Refunds & Cancellation

The Aesthetic Surgery | Booking & Appointment Policy

At The Aesthetic Surgery, we strive to offer a seamless and professional experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness, please review our booking and appointment policies before making your reservation.

Bookings & Deposits

  • Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A full consultation payment is required upon booking for both new and existing clients. Payment can be made online, over the phone, or in-clinic. Consultation fees are non-refundable.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all treatment bookings. This deposit applies per treatment, not per appointment.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Delays in payment may result in your time slot being allocated to another client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • For pre-paid treatment courses, packages, or subscriptions, any late cancellations will result in one treatment being deducted from your remaining balance.

  • If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot delay other appointments. This may result in a shortened or cancelled treatment session.

Treatment & Clinic Guidelines

  • All treatment courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

  • If bringing young children to the clinic, a supervising adult must be present at all times. Children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

  • The outcome of a consultation may determine that you are not suitable for treatment. In such cases, consultation fees remain non-refundable.

  • Providing accurate medical history is essential for your safety. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects caused by withheld information or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.

Pre & Post-Treatment Advice

  • You must avoid alcohol 48 hours before and after treatment. If alcohol has been consumed, please inform your practitioner, as treatment may not be safe to proceed.

  • If you are planning medium to long-haul travel following a treatment, please inform our team at the time of booking so we can advise accordingly.

  • Follow-up and review appointments do not guarantee further treatments. Any additional treatments at your review are at the discretion of our practitioner.

  • Missed review appointments that were not cancelled at least 7 days in advance will incur a £50 charge on your next booking.

Emergency Contact

  • An emergency contact number is available for urgent aftercare advice, such as severe pain or unexpected reactions.

  • This line is strictly for emergencies and cannot be used for general booking enquiries or rescheduling appointments.
