Refunds & Cancellation

Refund, Appointment, and Cancellation Policy

At The Aesthetic Surgery, we value your time and commitment to enhancing your beauty and well-being. Our Refund, Appointment, and Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to both our clients and our clinic. Please read the following policy carefully before scheduling an appointment or seeking a refund.

Appointments:

  1. Booking: To schedule an appointment at The Aesthetic Surgery, please contact us via phone or email or use our online booking system at least 8 hours prior to your desired appointment time. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  2. Confirmation: Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled treatment, date, and time. A deposit of £30 may be required.

  3. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. However, please note that arriving excessively late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any deposits paid are nonrefundable 

  2. Rescheduling: We understand that situations may require you to reschedule your appointment. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

Refund Policy:

  1. Treatment Deposits: To secure your appointment, we may require a £30 deposit for certain treatments. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled and not rescheduled.

  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for treatments will be considered under special circumstances, such as medical reasons or unforeseen emergencies. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@theaestheticsurgery.co.uk and will be reviewed by our management team.

  3. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in a forfeiture of any deposits made and may require a pre-payment for future appointments.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to the policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Aesthetic Surgery Durham.
