Salicylic & Glycolic 5%-40% strengths Consultation-led

A chemical peel uses a controlled acid solution to gently remove the outer, dulled layer of skin, encouraging fresher, smoother, more even-toned skin underneath. We offer two types, Salicylic and Glycolic, at strengths from 5% right up to 40%, so treatment is genuinely built around your skin, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you're dealing with congestion and breakouts or dullness and fine lines, there's a peel, and a strength, suited to it.

What It Treats

Common concerns we treat

How It Works

Built up, not rushed

We always start conservatively, often as low as 5%, and build the strength up over a course of treatments as your skin adjusts. This is what keeps peeling safe and genuinely effective, rather than aggressive for the sake of it.

Higher strengths, up to 40%, are reserved for skin that's already used to the process and ready for a deeper resurfacing effect.

Is It Right For You?

A proper conversation

Chemical peels suit most skin types and concerns, but the right acid, and the right strength, genuinely depends on your skin. It isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and a few skin conditions mean we'd need to adjust the approach, we'll go through all of that properly at your consultation, not over a booking form.

FAQ

At lower strengths, often not visibly at all, just a fresher look. At higher strengths, some light flaking over a few days is normal and part of the process.

Pricing is consultation-led since the right acid, strength and number of sessions depends on your skin, we'll give you an exact price once we know what you actually need.

Most people feel a warm or tingling sensation during application, it's brief and generally very manageable, not painful.

Most courses run 4-6 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, building strength gradually as your skin adjusts.

We'll advise on timing at your appointment, it varies depending on the strength used that day, but we'll always tell you exactly what to expect before you leave.
