Cancellation Policy
For the safety, wellbeing, and best clinical outcomes of our clients, all new clients wishing to undergo Botulinum Toxin (Botox) treatment are required to complete a medical consultation a minimum of 24 hours prior to treatment. Why is a consultation required? Botulinum Toxin is a prescription-only medicine (POM). A consultation is essential to: Assess your medical history and suitability for treatment Discuss treatment areas, expectations, and results Explain risks, benefits, and aftercare Allow sufficient reflection time in line with best clinical practice What this means for your booking New clients cannot receive Botox on the same day as their first consultation Your consultation may be carried out in clinic or remotely, depending on clinical suitability Treatment can be scheduled from 24 hours after your consultation Consultation fees (if applicable) will be clearly stated at the time of booking Existing clients Clients who have previously received Botulinum Toxin treatment at The Aesthetic Surgery may not require a repeat consultation, provided: There have been no changes to medical history Treatment is within recommended review timeframes Important information Failure to complete the required consultation will result in treatment being rescheduled This policy is non-negotiable and aligns with UK medical and prescribing guidelines Our priority is safe, ethical, and bespoke treatment for every client
