Our Private Appointments are designed for patients who value discretion, time and a completely personalised approach to aesthetic care. Your appointment is exclusively reserved for you with Lee at The Aesthetic Surgery | Durham, allowing plenty of time to discuss your concerns, treatment goals and the results you would like to achieve. There is no pressure to proceed with treatment. Lee will provide professional, honest advice and recommend options that are appropriate for you, your features and your individual needs. Whether you are new to aesthetic treatments, considering a specific procedure or simply want expert guidance on where to begin, a Private Appointment gives you the opportunity to discuss everything in a relaxed and confidential clinical setting. New patients are welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & No-Show Policy – The Aesthetic Surgery At The Aesthetic Surgery, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and service. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we have the following booking and cancellation policy: Card Requirement for Booking: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. No payment will be taken upfront. No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a £10 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the no-show fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment time or reschedule, subject to availability. By booking an appointment with The Aesthetic Surgery, you agree to this policy.
